Step 1: You have a flooring expert in your home - now is the time to discuss exactly what you want and to ask questions. We want to make sure you hae all the information you need to make the best decision for your home and your family. Your professional flooring consultant will be eager to answer any and all questions you may have and is ready to guide you through the entire process.

Step 2: During this visit your flooring consultant will take accurate measurements of the entire floor surface being re-covered. Those measurements will allow your soncultant to give you one, definite price for getting the job done.

Step 3: After your in-home consultation, you will have a solid quote that includes your flooring estimate and all accessory pieces, like trim. We will also provide you with an installation estimate that includes labor, delivery and clean-up. You will pay your qualified installer separately after the job is done and you are satisfied with the work!

Step 4: When you are confident in your flooring selection and like the quote we offer, your consultant will place your order and will introduce you to a preferred installer in your area. You will then schedule your installation at a time that works best for you!

Step: 5: Your preferred installer will deliver and install your new flooring - the right way. We only recommend installers who are highly recommended by past customers. You also have the flexibility to have an installer you already know and trust install your flooring.

Step 6: Proper cleaning and maintenance will add years to your floor. Check with the manufacture for cleaning, maintenance and warranty information.
